About us:

The Vital Stretch®, known for professional hands-on training in the one-on-one assisted stretch space, is building its Idaho Falls team. We help clients of all ages, lifestyles, and fitness levels move freely and live fully. Our Vital Stretch Practitioners (VSP’s) are trained in The Vital Stretch® Method, known for its proprietary stretching progressions and accelerated results. They are also certified through the National Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM).

Be a part of the team to help build an exciting new business at the forefront of a new path to improved mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being – assisted stretching! We are seeking skilled and knowledgeable individuals to join the only stretch concept in Idaho Falls as a VSP.

As a VPS, you will be responsible for providing personalized assisted stretching sessions to clients, helping them improve flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being. Your interest in anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics will be essential in designing effective stretching programs tailored to each client's needs.

Full and Part-time positions available.

Duties include:

-Conduct thorough assessments of clients' flexibility and range of motion using Kinotek Software

-Guide clients through assisted stretching exercises using proper techniques

-Develop customized assisted stretching programs based on individual goals and limitations

-Educate clients on the benefits of regular self and assisted stretching and its impact on overall health

-Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their assisted stretching programs

-Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor

-Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create integrated wellness plans for clients

Qualifications:

-We’re seeking candidates with a variety of backgrounds that include: Personal Trainers (must have or be pursuing ACSM, NASM, ACE, or ISSA certifications), Sports and Exercise Science professionals, recent or soon to be graduates or someone with similar transferable skills.

-New VSPs will receive paid training with The Vital Stretch® Method, which was founded by a Physical Therapist and a Chiropractic Physician and incorporates a variety of stretching techniques, including AIS, PNF and other static and dynamic progressions

-New VSPs will have cost of NASM Stretch and Flexibility Certification covered, enabling you to further develop your skills and expertise in assisted stretching

-Proven track record in sales or fitness sales is a plus
