DigiOffice is seeking a detail-oriented Intune Mobility Administrator to support the day-to-day administration and monitoring of Microsoft Intune across a national logistics and trucking environment. Working under the direction of the Intune Mobility Engineer, this role executes established device management policies and procedures ensuring driver-facing mobile devices, terminal workstations, and corporate endpoints remain enrolled, compliant, and operational.
This is a 100% on-site role in Johns Creek, GA. Remote or hybrid candidates will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enroll, configure, and maintain devices in Microsoft Intune following policies and procedures established by the Intune Mobility Engineer.
  • Support device provisioning of driver tablets, handheld scanners, and corporate laptops using existing Windows Autopilot workflows.
  • Monitor device compliance dashboards and flag non-compliant or unenrolled devices for Engineer review.
  • Serve as Tier 1/2 support for Intune-related tickets, resolving common enrollment, sync, and compliance issues for drivers and terminal staff.
  • Escalate complex policy conflicts, security incidents, and platform-level issues to the Intune Mobility Engineer.
  • Apply configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application assignments as directed without independently designing new policy frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate device inventory records and up-to-date documentation for routine procedures and support workflows.
  • Support onboarding of new drivers and terminal staff on managed device usage and basic troubleshooting.
  • Participate in incident and request management activities using ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platform.
Requirements
Required
  • Associate's degree or relevant IT certification; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
  • 13 years of experience supporting Microsoft Intune, mobile device management, or general endpoint support in an enterprise environment.
  • Basic understanding of Windows 10/11, Android Enterprise, and iOS device management concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory at the user and device level.
  • Strong communication skills supporting non-technical end users including drivers and terminal staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 logistics environment with shift flexibility as needed.
Preferred
  • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) in progress or completed.
  • CompTIA A+ or Network+.
  • Basic PowerShell familiarity running and modifying existing scripts.
  • Prior experience supporting mobile devices in a transportation, logistics, or fleet environment.
  • Familiarity with ruggedized devices (Zebra, Honeywell) or ELD platforms.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms.
