As a Mobile Service Advisor, you will be responsible for setting appointments for our mobile trucks according to geographical territories, searching dealer supported websites and FMC dealer for mobile service leads, and contacting customers to set the appointments and entering them into the system.

The ideal candidate for this position will have service advisor experience, be personable, organized, computer savvy, self starter and have proficient communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an Automotive dealership or service shop

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with computer systems and software, including appointment scheduling and inventory management systems
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
