 Position Summary

Sutton Ford is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Mobile Service Advisor to support our expanding Mobile Service Department. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start a long-term career in the automotive dealership industry.

The Mobile Service Advisor helps coordinate mobile vehicle maintenance and repair appointments while ensuring excellent communication with customers throughout the service process.

 Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments
  • Communicate with customers regarding service needs and appointment details
  • Prepare and manage repair orders
  • Coordinate technician schedules and routing
  • Monitor appointment flow and customer updates
  • Assist with follow-up communication and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with service management, technicians, and parts personnel
  • Help grow the dealership’s mobile service business
  • Follow up with Service leads provided by management.
