This position is primarily onsite, meaning you will visit patients in their homes throughout Miami. Our home care facility model offers the flexibility to tailor sessions according to each patient's unique environment and needs. Your work hours will generally be from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, providing a stable schedule while allowing you to build meaningful connections with your clients.

• Develop thorough evaluations to assess each patient's physical condition, needs, and goals.
• Create evidence-based treatment plans that encompass a variety of therapeutic techniques aimed at restoring mobility.
• Administer personalized therapies designed to enhance clients' range of motion, strength, and functionality, while minimizing reliance on medication.
• Monitor patient progress continually and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimum outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation approaches and the importance of adherence to treatment.
• Effectively document treatment services and progress in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to deliver holistic care.
• Encourage and motivate patients, celebrating their achievements while helping them to overcome barriers in their recovery.

As a Mobile Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgery, those managing chronic illnesses, and elderly clients desiring to improve their physical health. This role allows you to apply your expertise in unique home environments, tailoring your approach to each patient's lifestyle and personal goals.

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and advanced knowledge of therapeutic modalities.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized exercise programs that address specific patient needs.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record software, particularly WebPT, for documentation and communication with healthcare teams.

• At least two years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with a focus on home health or outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Demonstrated success in creating and managing comprehensive treatment plans and achieving measurable patient outcomes.
• Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment to optimize care delivery.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise.
