Responsibilities
Maintains inventory primarily in inpatient units, replenishes supply carts, issues storeroom supplies and assists in general storeroom functions as necessary. Supports nursing units and hospital departments by ensuring that managed supply locations are well stocked and free from expired supplies.
Qualifications
Education
  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or a combination of education and directly applicable related work experience Required
Work Experience
  • No experience required Required
  • Relevant experience in a warehouse or storeroom environment, using an electronic inventory management system or previous healthcare materials management experience Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
  • None Required
  • May require a current registration with the state Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician, as applicable Required
