Looking for Drive Testers in Oregon

Job Description 

• 0–3 years of experience in RAN Data Collection, RF Engineering, or Drive Testing.
• Hands-on experience with XCAL or similar RF/network data collection tools is preferred/MUST.
• Perform RF/RAN data collection activities for 4G LTE and/or 5G networks.
• Set up and configure drive test equipment, scanners, mobile devices, GPS, and data collection kits.
• Configure test parameters, network settings, and data collection tools according to project requirements.
• Execute defined RAN data collection scenarios, test scripts, and field procedures.
• Collect and monitor key RF/RAN performance metrics such as RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, RSSI, CQI, throughput, PCI, and serving/neighbor cell information.
• Perform log-file validation and sanity checks to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and quality.
• Identify and report data collection issues, missing logs, equipment problems, and abnormal network measurements.
• Maintain accurate data collection records, test logs, and field documentation.
• Coordinate with RF Engineers and project teams to ensure data is collected according to required specifications.
• Basic knowledge of post-processing, RF analysis, and reporting is a plus.
• Knowledge of 4G LTE/5G NR concepts, RF parameters, and network technologies is preferred.
• Ability to work in the field and travel to assigned locations as required.
