Job description

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in executing marketing strategies to support our online casino and sportsbook. This hands-on position focuses on bolstering overall user acquisition, retention, and engagement by managing cross-vertical marketing initiatives and go-to market plans. Additionally, this role supports the optimization of creative performance by planning creative tests and regularly monitoring the competitive landscape.

What You'll Do:

  • Support Product Marketing Initiatives: Assist in the planning and execution of product marketing efforts aimed at improving brand visibility, user acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Creative, Product, and User Acquisition teams to align and establish dynamic workflows to effectively execute on product marketing initiatives, campaigns, and tentpole moments.
  • Contribute to Messaging & Go-to-Market Plans: Help develop marketing narratives and collateral that resonate with target audiences and are grounded in competitive analysis and user insights.
  • Enable Growth Opportunities: Partner with the User Acquisition and Creative team to identify and support project management of high-potential campaign opportunities that support optimized performance.
  • Utilize & Share Data to Inform Decisions: Track product, user, and campaign data to produce actionable post-campaign analysis and insights; share regularly with stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Own Key Projects: Lead specific product marketing initiatives from ideation through execution, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are aligned.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or Project Management preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years in product marketing, marketing project marketing, or related role within the online gaming, sports betting, or mobile
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Operational and BI disciplines.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and effectively act on campaign performance, market data, and user behavior.
  • Proficiency in digital creative processes including conceptualization, briefing, optimization, testing, and review.
  • Familiarity with the gaming or mobile gaming market, understanding key trends and consumer needs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas and inspire action.
