At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology.

Now is an exciting time to join the Kids Games product team as we transform our platform into a seamless destination for discovery, learning, and play.

With the recent global expansion of Netflix Playground, we are building a world where kids can not only watch their favorite stories, from Trash Truck to Sesame Street, but step inside them and interact with their favorite characters. The Product Manager for Kids will lead major new product initiatives and materially transform existing product areas within the Kids profile ecosystem. You will champion a curated space where kids are entertained and enriched, while giving parents confidence and peace of mind.

What you will do: Drive near-term roadmaps: Set near-term product roadmaps, bringing along senior stakeholders to shape the kids' ecosystem on Netflix, spanning content discovery, interactive features, and Netflix Playground. Execute end-to-end projects: Execute on large, end-to-end projects bridging viewing and interactive play, driving alignment with cross-functional stakeholders across Netflix's Content, Games, and Product & Technology organizations. Innovate on discovery: Apply strong knowledge of industry trends, data, and market dynamics to reimagine how kids navigate and discover content at their own developmental pace.

Utilize specialized research: Combine customer empathy and insights with solid product domain expertise to translate complex user testing into impactful new features. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in product management or related business areas, with direct experience working on digital products, systems, or games designed for children and families. A history of achieving product outcomes through specialized user testing (particularly with younger demographics) and data-driven decision making.

Proven ability to think strategically, work collaboratively, and lead complex, highly impactful cross-functional projects from concept to completion. Strong understanding of trust and safety mechanics, including children's digital privacy standards, parental control frameworks, and kid-safe platform design. Ambitious self-starter who deals well with ambiguity and a fast-paced, multiple-project environment.

Experience translating UX testing and feedback into intuitive, engaging, and accessible solutions. A deep passion for early childhood development, family entertainment, and the digital gaming space. Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses.
