The Skills and Expertise You Bring

  • 10 years of functional experience in product management and/or technology, witha high levelof agile, analytical, and coaching skills.

  • Provenexperience working hands-on on software engineering problems - Development of APIs, Consumer facing applications, scaling cloud-based solutions, etc.

  • Experience in application architecture design and development on Cloud based infrastructure (AWS / Azure)usingvarious architecture patterns (e.g., Distributed, Serverless, Event Driven, Microservices etc.) and can articulate the right paradigm for the problem at hand,

  • Experience delivering highly secure, scalable, and resilientconsumerfacing native mobile applications.

  • Experience working with DevOps metrics and shoulddemonstrateawareness of managing, improving, and advocating for these metrics to drive Engineering Excellence

  • Experience partnering with Product and Businessteamsto break down strategy intopracticalmission, goals, andpriorities.

  • Track recordofinspiring the creativity and innovation of teams, creating a culture of inclusion, experimentation, exploration, and continuous learning.

  • Ability to collaborate across business units, with peers and leadership to ensureobjectives,KPI's and standards are aligned.
