We're Hiring: Head of Mobile Engineering (Hybrid - Tampa, FL)

We're searching for a Head of Mobile Engineering to lead our mobile development efforts and shape the future of our React Native applications. This is a senior leadership role where you\'ll drive strategy, mentor engineers, and stay connected to hands-on technical work.

What you\'ll do
  • Define the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile engineering
  • Lead, grow, and mentor a team of talented React Native developers
  • Oversee architecture and design for scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless experiences
  • Ensure strong engineering practices: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and high-quality releases
  • Manage integrations with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud services (AWS/Firebase)
What we\'re looking for
  • 8+ years in mobile engineering, with at least 5+ years working with React Native
  • US Citizens and Greencard Holders only
  • Proven leadership experience (Head of Mobile, Director, or Engineering Manager)
  • Expertise in TypeScript, React Native, React, and cross-platform architecture
  • Track record of delivering large-scale mobile apps to the iOS & Android app stores
  • Familiarity with backend frameworks (Node.js, NestJS/Express) & databases (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization, security, and scalability
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience building and scaling teams
  • Bonus: Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices
