Tasks We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Professional to join our team and drive the expansion of Appcircle's customer base across Germany. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, building, and maintaining customers that align with our growth objectives. As part of the leadership team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to craft and execute business development strategies that elevate our presence in the market.

Requirements Proven experience in Sales, Business development and channel partnerships, ideally in Mobile, DevOps or CI/CD technology space. Ability to engage in technical conversations and understand Appcircle's offerings at a granular level. Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly when dealing with engineering managers and executives.

Experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and using relevant tools, along with strong network-building skills Self-starter with a highly self-motivated personality to maintain consistent drive while working as a remote company representative Knowledge of the international market landscape, particularly in mobile technology and SaaS. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple partnerships, teams and priorities simultaneously.
