Do you enjoy solving clinical puzzles, coordinating care, and helping patients get the answers they need? We're looking for multiple Clinical Support RNs to manage patient message triage through our electronic medical record system. These are fully remote positions focused on reviewing and responding to patient portal messages—not answering phones. As a key member of our clinical support team, you'll work closely with providers to ensure patient concerns are addressed accurately, efficiently, and compassionately.


About the Role:

These are full-time remote opportunities with a requirement to have residency in the state of Oregon. The positions have an expectation of 40hrs per week/Monday - Friday, and we are proud to offer a great benefits package. Our Clinical Support - RN recruiting pay range starts at $39.21.


What will you do:

  • Monitor and manage patient portal message queues and clinical inboxes.
  • Review patient questions, concerns, medication requests, and symptom reports submitted electronically.
  • Assess patient needs using clinical judgment and established protocols.
  • Prioritize messages based on urgency and route appropriately.
  • Draft responses, provide patient education, and communicate provider recommendations through the EMR.
  • Coordinate follow-up care, referrals, testing, and medication refill requests.
  • Review incoming results and assist with patient communication as directed.
  • Collaborate with providers and clinic teams to ensure timely patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the EMR.
