Job description
TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) conseiller en géomatique ayant une solide expérience dans son domaine d’expertise afin de contribuer à des projets technologiques structurants pour des organisations publiques et privées.
Sans être exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue :
- Conseiller les équipes métiers sur les meilleures pratiques en géomatique ;
- Concevoir des architectures SIG et des solutions de gestion des données spatiales ;
- Développer des applications cartographiques (web ou mobile) à l’aide de technologies comme ArcGIS Enterprise, Leaflet ou OpenLayers ;
- Intégrer des données géospatiales avec d’autres systèmes d’information (ex. : ERP, bases de données) ;
- Optimiser les performances des systèmes SIG et assurer leur évolutivité ;
- Participer à la migration vers des solutions cloud (ex. : ArcGIS Online, AWS Location Service) ;
- Documenter les architectures, les procédures et les bonnes pratiques ;
- Former et accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’utilisation des outils SIG.
Requirements
- Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en géomatique, géographie, informatique ou domaine connexe;
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en géomatique, dont 2 ans en conseil ou en architecture SIG ;
- Détenir les certifications : Esri Certified (ArcGIS Enterprise), ou équivalent (atout) ;
- Maîtrise des plateformes SIG (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, QGIS Server) ;
- Expérience en développement d’applications géospatiales (JavaScript, Python, .NET) ;
- Connaissance des bases de données spatiales (PostGIS, Oracle Spatial, SQL Server Spatial) ;
- Compréhension des enjeux d’interopérabilité (standards OGC, API REST).
- Capacité à communiquer avec des parties prenantes techniques et non techniques ;
- Leadership et capacité à piloter des projets complexes ;
- Esprit innovant et orientation solutions ;
- Rigueur et sens de l’organisation.
