Job Details:
  • Full-time, 1.0 FTE Family Medicine physician opportunity with a clinical leadership component
  • Practice includes a blend of Primary Care Clinic, Emergency Medicine, basic Hospital Medicine, and Nursing Home care
  • Partner with and lead a team of 3 experienced Advanced Practice Clinicians
  • Dedicated time for mentoring, consulting, and leadership development
  • Work collaboratively within a Care Team model utilizing established care processes to achieve patient care objectives and continuity of care
  • ER call is negotiable
  • Onsite services include: Family Medicine, Diabetes Education, Dietitian, Child Behavioral Health, Therapy Services, Medication Management, Tobacco Cessation, Emergency & Paramedic Services, and Telehealth
  • Specialty services available include: Anesthesiology/Pain Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, Podiatry, and General Surgery
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine required
  • Salaried position with a portion of FTE dedicated to leadership responsibilities
