Elk River, MN | Onsite

A growing heavy civil construction contractor is seeking an experienced Foundation Drill Rig Operator to support deep foundation, soil stabilization, and site development projects.

This onsite opportunity offers $50,000-$95,000 and is ideal for equipment operators with strong drilling experience, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate foundation drill rigs according to project specifications
  • Perform drilling activities for foundation and ground support systems
  • Monitor equipment performance and maintain production efficiency
  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and minor troubleshooting
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and jobsite requirements
  • Document daily production activities and completed work
  • Coordinate with project teams to meet project schedules and quality standards

Requirements:
