About the Role:
TPJ SERVICES LLC is looking for a hardworking Temporary Foundation Waterproofing Laborer to join our crew in Burnsville, MN. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in the foundation and waterproofing industry while working alongside a skilled team. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with foundation waterproofing installations, repairs, and related tasks on residential and/or commercial job sites
  • Excavate and prepare areas around foundations for waterproofing applications
  • Apply waterproofing membranes, sealants, and drainage systems under supervisor direction
  • Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and efficiently
  • Transport, load, and unload materials and equipment as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site in compliance with safety standards
  • Follow instructions from crew leads and project supervisors to meet project timelines
Requirements:
  • Prior construction, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and on-site instructions
