MMP Capital is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to execute impactful social media initiatives that drive inbound leads and contribute to business growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance brand presence while developing expertise in performance marketing and content strategy within a collaborative environment.

• Execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook (Meta), and LinkedIn in collaboration with the Director of Marketing & Branding to elevate brand awareness and engagement
• Plan, create, and publish compelling content for MMP Capital and its subsidiary brands to support marketing objectives
• Support initiatives aimed at strengthening brand identity, positioning, and consistency across all channels
• Develop and implement campaigns focused on lead generation, optimizing content funnels to increase traffic, inquiries, and conversions
• Analyze platform performance metrics with the DMB, including engagement, CTR, conversions, and lead quality, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Write engaging, keyword-rich captions and content that align with brand voice and drive discoverability and engagement
• Collaborate with creative teams on visual content, including short-form videos, static posts, and transitions, ensuring high aesthetic quality and brand consistency

• Minimum of 3 years of social media experience in an agency or in-house setting with a proven track record of contributing to lead generation or revenue growth
• Strong understanding of Meta and LinkedIn analytics tools and metrics
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling captions, messaging, and calls-to-action
• Experience working closely with designers or creative teams to develop engaging visual content
• Ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights for optimization
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and stakeholders

• Experience with paid social advertising campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn platforms
• Knowledge of SEO strategies and hashtag optimization techniques
• Familiarity with social media management tools and scheduling platforms
• Interest in both creative content development and performance marketing
• Willingness to travel for events, trade shows, and field marketing initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
