Job description

MMA Real Solutions is seeking a Closing Coordinator for our DE office. The coordinator’s responsibilities will include entering new orders, handling final loan documents, communicating directly with clients and attorneys, assisting other departments through the closing cycle. Hours are 9am – 5:30pm

DUTIES

  • Order Entry
  • Communicate with clients and customers and internal teams
  • Review loan documents for closing and post-close QC
  • Willingly perform other duties as assigned or requested

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Industry experience preferred but not required
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

SKILLS

  • Microsoft skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and other online experience a must
  • At least 50 wpm typing speed
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational/prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently, yet recognize when assistance is needed
  • Willingness to assist others
