Job description

SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist the clubโ€™s daily administrative operations and facilitate Pro Pathway travel logistics.ย  The Pro Pathway Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Youth Development, players, coaches, and various team staff to ensure smooth operations. This position requires strong organization skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and time management abilities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Facilitate all aspects of player and staff relocation, including housing, transportation, and reimbursement procedures, primarily supporting the New England Revolution Academy Staff and players as needed.
  2. Coordinate team travel logistics for the Revolution Pro Pathway players and staff, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, meals, training, equipment and other team needs. Assist with Revolution II travel logistics as needed.
  3. Travel with Revolution Pro Pathway to away matches and MLS Next events.ย 
  4. Assist with organizing the Revolution Pro Pathway training needs, including field scheduling, equipment coordination, security, stadium operations for both in-market and out-of- market activities.
  5. Support the Pro Pathway Scout in coordinating travel, accommodations, ground transportation, and meals for trial players and their agents.
  6. Assist with player and staff registration, onboarding, and compliance processes.
  7. Support the organization and onboarding of Revolution Pro Pathway Residency program.
  8. Track and help manage all financial aspects of the Revolution Pro Pathway, including annual travel budget and major event proposals.
  9. Organize friendly matches for the Revolution Pro Pathway when scheduling permits.
  10. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key partners, including travel vendors and league representatives.
  11. Serve as a liaison between MLS Next, Revolution Pro Pathway players, coaches and staff addressing any relevant issues that arise.
  12. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant administrative or operations experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and accountable
  • Must be able to travel and work nights and weekends as required
  • Knowledge and passion for soccer are preferred
  • Personable, dependable, and trustworthy with strong interpersonal skills

  • The employee frequently is required to stand, talk, and hear.
  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
