Finance Technical Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Finance Technical Analyst capable of supporting core finance modules from a Senior Technical Business Analyst perspective. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in finance processes, ERP systems, integrations, reporting, and stakeholder management across multiple finance domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support finance business functions including:
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Asset Management (AM)
    • Cost Management (CM)
    • Financial Management (FM)
    • General Management (GM)
    • Controlling (CO)
    • Project Systems (PS)
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
  • Configure, test, and support finance-related ERP modules and integrations.
  • Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user stories.
  • Support UAT, defect resolution, and production support activities.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and financial data analysis solutions.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects.
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in Finance ERP modules.
  • Knowledge of AP, AR, GL, CO, PS, and AM processes.
  • Experience in business analysis and technical documentation.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP/Oracle/Workday Finance systems preferred.
  • SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis experience is a plus.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance Systems/Business Analysis.
