Fanatics Collectibles is integrating with Fanatics' global digital sports platform - which includes 900 sports relationships and 81+ million reachable fans - to reimagine the collectibles business for the 21st century.
Role Summary
Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Relic Coordinator. The Relic Coordinators part of our Product Assessment team, responsible for coordinating the full product assessment process. The Relic Coordinator partner with Product Development, Project Management, and Athlete Partnerships to assess available inventory, provide memorabilia for the manufacturing team to cut, provide weekly updates on ongoing assessments, coordinate procurement of needed relics, and notify teams of necessary changes to the product itself. Ideal candidates are self-starters, strong communicators, and possess strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will find themselves a strong cultural fit.
Responsibilities:
  • Learn assessment process and oracle transaction processes to reserve inventory
  • Accurately update assessment sheet with quantities of requested subject relics that we can fulfill
  • Read, interpret and troubleshoot errors across various Product documents inclusive of Subject lists, BOMs, Product Descriptions and Electronic Design Requests (EDRs)
  • Process inventory returns and update Oracle to accurately reflect on hand availability
  • Effectively communicate across teams to lead relic assessment process
  • Accurately log hours into Airtable to track hours spent on required tasks
  • Learn the ins-and-outs of the Relic Ops department as new processes and technology are implemented to improve the quality and efficiency of our product
  • Abides by and helps to uphold all security measures to ensure Relics are secure
  • Track the status of each stage of the relic assessment process including procurement, inventory management, cutting, subject list updates, BOM updates, and more
  • Escalate items to senior management as needed

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX based
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Prior project management experience, preferred
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift 30lbs at once
  • 2-3 years of related work experience
  • Microsoft Office experience required and a desire to learn and use alternative software including Airtable
  • In depth knowledge of various sports leagues (MLB/NFL/NBA)
