ABOUT THE ROLE 

EL1 Instructors are responsible for developing and delivering high-quality instruction to youth athletes ranging from beginner to advanced skill levels. Instructors will lead and support a variety of instructional programs, fostering athlete development both on and off the field while contributing to a positive, team-oriented training environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Perform skill-specific instruction in our facilities and at fields in and around the community
  • Deliver age and ability-appropriate instruction to athletes in the team, camp/clinic, small group, and 1-on-1 settings
  • Foster meaningful relationships with players, parents and coaches in the community 
  • Assist in the preparation, setup, and breakdown of equipment for training programs and events
  • Attend staff meetings, instructor meetings, and company events, as needed

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Baseball 
  • Verifiable Baseball playing and/or coaching experience at the collegiate and/or professional level  
  • Current or recent experience as an instructor preferred 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Physical ability to set up, breakdown, and move equipment
  • Willingness and ability to support all areas of instruction
