Mixed In Key is a software tool used by DJs and music producers to analyze tracks and determine their musical key, aiding in harmonic mixing. DJs, on the other hand, are performers who select and mix music live for audiences. While Mixed In Key helps DJs prepare their sets, a DJ's role involves live performance skills like beatmatching and crowd engagement. Both roles are integral to the DJing industry but serve different functions: one is a technical tool, the other a performer.

Job description

Description

Position Summary
Want to be part of the game-day magic from start to finish? Join our Event Services Team at the brand-new 9,000+ seat Ruoff Mortgage Stadium! We're looking for motivated, team-oriented individuals who are ready to jump in, help set the stage, keep things running smoothly during events, and make sure everything shines once the final whistle blows. From pre-game prep to post-game reset, you'll play a key role in creating an awesome fan experience every step of the way.

Event shifts vary and may include pre-event setup, in-event support, and post-event cleanup. Most Fort Wayne FC home matches take place on Saturday evenings from May 2 through October 24, with a few Wednesday matches mixed in. Additional stadium events will be scheduled throughout the season.

What You'll Do

  • Help prepare the stadium before events (set up spaces, check seating areas, and get things game-day ready)ย
  • Keep the stadium looking great during events by picking up trash, refreshing high-traffic areas, and supporting guest needsย
  • Jump into post-event cleanup to reset the stadium for the next big eventย
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated areasย
  • Wipe down seats, clean restrooms, locker rooms, suites, and VIP areasย
  • Stay flexible and ready to help wherever needed-no two events are the same!

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and a take-pride-in-your-work attitudeย
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamย
  • Willingness to take direction and adapt in a fast-paced environmentย
  • Ability to spot areas that need attention and jump in to helpย
  • A positive, can-do mindset and strong work ethicย

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years oldย
  • Must be able to work at least 75% of scheduled Fort Wayne FC eventsย
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional holidaysย

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Stay active-walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and standing throughout your shiftย
  • Ability to lift, carry, and/or push up to 20 poundsย
  • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, or rain)ย

What to Wear
We'll provide your event staff shirt-just bring khaki pants or approved long shorts and comfortable shoes, and you're ready to roll.
