Position Summary
Be the friendly face that kicks off an unforgettable game-day experience! As a Team Member in Guest Services, you'll welcome fans, scan tickets, help guests find their seats, and keep the energy high throughout the stadium. Whether you're ushering, ticket taking, or assisting with crowd flow, you'll play a key role in making every event at Ruoff Mortgage Stadium smooth, safe, and fun.


Fort Wayne FC home matches take place mostly on Saturday evenings from May 2 through October 24, with a few Wednesday matches mixed in. Additional stadium events will pop up throughout the season-so there's always something exciting happening!


What You'll Do

  • Greet guests with a smile and create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere 
  • Scan electronic tickets using provided devices 
  • Help fans find their seats and navigate the stadium with ease 
  • Answer questions and provide helpful, friendly information about the venue 
  • Support crowd flow and maintain a safe, organized environment 
  • Stay alert and ready to respond quickly to guest needs or unexpected situations 
  • Keep your assigned area clean and tidy with light upkeep as needed
  • Stay flexible-roles may shift between ushering and ticket taking depending on the event 

Requirements

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old 
  • Must be able to work at least 75% of scheduled Fort Wayne FC events 
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays 
  • Team Lead roles may be available for those with at least 1 year of customer service or supervisory experience 

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Stay on the move-walking, standing, climbing stairs, and assisting guests throughout your shift 
  • Ability to stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods (up to 4 hours or more) 
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, or wind) 
  • Thrive in a lively, high-energy, and sometimes crowded environment with elevated noise levels 

What to Wear
We'll provide your event staff shirt-just bring khaki pants or approved long shorts, plus comfortable shoes, and you're all set for game day.
