Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Precast Concrete Patcher to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing, finishing, and ensuring the quality of precast concrete elements used in various building projects. Your expertise will help maintain structural integrity and aesthetic standards, contributing to the successful completion of construction initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, construction experience, and a commitment to safety protocols. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that require precision craftsmanship and adherence to technical specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect precast concrete components for defects or imperfections requiring patching or finishing.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, or removing debris to ensure proper adhesion of patching materials.
  • Apply concrete patching compounds, fillers, and sealants with hand tools and power tools to repair cracks, chips, or surface irregularities.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately identify areas needing repair or finishing according to specifications.
  • Operate concrete mixers, cutting tools, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently during patching and finishing processes.
  • Install rebar or formwork as needed for structural repairs or modifications.
