Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. is a premier producer of precast/prestressed concrete. Coreslab is a major supplier of structural, architectural and hollow core solutions to markets in Canada and United States. We are committed to excellence, leading technical expertise, and a collaborative culture.

A Welder at Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. is responsible for assembling metal pieces and products by using handheld welding equipment that emits high heat and forms pieces together. Stack welded parts on a pallet neatly and quickly change from one weldment to the next.

  • Must be able to perform flat, vertical, and overhead welds with 7018 Electrode.
  • Must be able to perform flat and vertical welds with Dual Shielded Wire.
  • Must be able to weld with settings in the parameter established.
  • Must show ability to work from specifications, drawings, and weld symbols.
  • Must be able to lift and carry approximately twenty pounds (20lbs) consistently, occasionally up to approximately 100 pounds (100lbs)
  • Must be able to work 8 to 12 hours a day and occasional Saturdays.
  • Must be able to attain PCI certification to be a welder at Coreslab.
