 What You Will Do to Change Lives 

  • Lead network, systems, datacenter, and telephony services (e.g., firewall, LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Citrix, VMware, Azure).
  • Set infrastructure standards and operating procedures; track service health, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Manage and develop an engineering team responsible for design, support, and maintenance.
  • Own enterprise VoIP/PBX services, including vendor/contract oversight, cost allocation, and invoice management.
  • Delivering infrastructure projects aligned to business priorities and a 3-year roadmap.
  • Ensure infrastructure and telephony environments meet cybersecurity standards and best practices.
  • Provide A/V support for conference rooms and Telecare programs.

 

Shifts Available: 

Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Days: Monday – Friday

Expected starting wage range is $154,164.25 - $190,462.15. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. 

 

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years leading or managing IT infrastructure (healthcare preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of networking, VoIP, Windows server hosting, datacenter operations, Citrix/virtualization, Azure, application management, and call center technologies; Mitel a plus
  • Experience supporting 24x7 operations and high-availability environments.
  • Experience defining SLAs and making metric-driven decisions.
  • Experience overseeing Microsoft infrastructure, knowledgeable with Intune, O365 tools, Azure, Autopilot, Copilot
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project execution skills.
  • Commitment to strong technical documentation and operational rigor.
  • Experience building and growing teams through inclusive hiring, goal setting, development plans, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to partner with Operations and build an ongoing, effective working relationship.
  • 5+ years of people leadership (resource planning, hiring, performance coaching, and issue resolution).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply. 

Preferred 

  • Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, CISM, CISSP, MCSA).
  • Datacenter design and implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and best practices
