What You'll Do

As a Machine/Assembly Operator, you'll be an essential part of our production team, helping ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. In this role, you will:

  • Operate molding and assembly machines, or perform manual assembly tasks with a strong focus on safety and productivity
  • Take ownership of the quality of products produced at your workstation
  • Collaborate with team members across shifts to ensure smooth and efficient transitions
  • Review and follow workstation instructions to maintain consistency and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
  • Arrive a few minutes before your shift to support seamless handovers

What We're Looking For

We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a team environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision
