Responsibilities of a General Manager
  • Manage, train, monitor, and coach crew/team members
  • Direct and assign restaurant employees to meet operational standards
  • Adhere to and monitor employee compliance with policies and practices
  • Prepare work schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels within cost control procedures
  • Complete and maintain all employment-related records
  • Reinforce a customer service mentality among employees
  • Resolve guest requests and complaints promptly and respectfully
  • Hire and develop restaurant crew and management team members
  • Prepare operational reports and develop action plans for improvement

We contribute a large part of our success to our amazing staff. Many members of our management have been with our company for 10 to 15 years.
