Palm Beach Gardens, FL – Full-Time & Part-Time

Hi, I’m Luke, the operator of Jersey Mike’s Team Mirasol in Palm Beach Gardens.

We are not building a typical sandwich shop.
We are building the most hospitable, cleanest, and most delicious Jersey Mike’s in the area — and we are looking for people who want to grow fast and help set that standard.

This role is for people who want more than a paycheck.

Pay & Total Earning Potential

Crew Members earn:

  • $15–$19 per hour base pay

  • Plus tips from the same tip pool as Shift Leaders

  • Tips are divided based on hours worked

Based on recent performance, tips often average approximately $5–$7 per hour, which means:

  • Total hourly earnings typically range from approximately $20–$26 per hour

Tips are not guaranteed and may vary by shift, hours worked, store volume, and overall performance. Actual earnings may be higher or lower in any given week.
