THE OPPORTUNITY
We're not a usual ad tech business and this isn't your usual role! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global company that supports professional and personal development. MiQ has incubated a fast-growing analytics business division over the last few years: this division elevates our programmatic media offering by putting our analytics and technology capabilities in the hands of our clients.
We are looking for a technical expert with strategic, client-facing skills to help win new business and deliver the best for our existing partnerships by establishing MiQ's differentiated media, analytics, and tech capabilities. You will support commercial teams to communicate and execute our emerging collection of analytics offerings, scope custom analytics projects for key accounts, and work closely with Data Science and Engineering to build innovative offerings that drive performance as we prepare for the cookieless future.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You will work closely with Sales, Account Managers, and Sales Engineering to scope client analytics opportunities, as well as work closely with Data Science, Analysts, and Engineering to deliver on scoped projects.
In the role you will be accountable for, but not limited to, the following:
  • Delivery
    • Creating custom project proposals, automating and executing repeatable workflows, building dashboards and decks to deliver technical outputs in a client-friendly format
    • Accomplishing tasks on time and to a high quality, managing different deadlines and priorities
  • Project Management
    • Collaborating with engineering and analytics teams to build solution development roadmap and deliver outputs
    • Staying focused and contributing to projects. Organizing stakeholders and multiple milestones
  • Internal Collaboration
    • Providing technical assistance alongside other departments to develop existing solutions and find new solutions for MiQ clients
    • Proactively identifying and filling process and knowledge gaps to grow our capabilities as a team
    • Working with internal stakeholders, building relationships and working across differences to find solutions
  • Communication
    • Working with clients to understand current challenges and formulate problem statements to be further developed into custom solutions
    • Crisp and clear communication to external partners/clients or internal stakeholders; flexing communication style to persuade others and influence positive outcomes
  • Innovation
    • Being the voice of the market, providing development ideas to Data Science and Product team to fuel product innovation
    • Acting with curiosity. Finding new and better ways of working, then applying or implementing solutions to unarticulated needs, new or existing market requirements. Open to receiving and trying new ideas, processes or ways of working

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
  • 4-6 years in the field of programmatic media, digital marketing, or analytics
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, and cloud computing platforms
  • Experience with data analysis, data design, and technical storytelling
  • Experience working with clients and solving their media & analytics needs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in project management a plus
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Transparency
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $120,000-$130,000. This range may vary for positions outside of New York City as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.
Regardless of location, candidates can expect during the first few conversations with MiQ's Talent team and Hiring Managers to share any approved budget and details on our competitive bonus and commission packages.
