AlphaGraphics Knox Street | Park Cities | North Dallas is a locally owned and operated visual communications company servicing clients of all shapes and sizes. AlphaGraphics offers design, printing, signs, fulfillment, promotional, apparel, and mailing solutions to our customers. We are customer-focused, and deadline driven. AlphaGraphics currently has an opening for a full-time on-site Account Manager.
Working in this position you will be responsible for responding to client emails and requests, generating estimates and job tickets, answering the phone and routing calls, as well as customer follow up and account penetration. Although these are the primary responsibilities, you will also be exposed to other facets of the organization. 
What are we looking for?

  • 1 year print and/or sign sales experience required (similar to Account Manager positions at Minuteman Press, Allegra, Fast Signs, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The desire and ability to sell a full range of products and solutions
  • A genuine desire to meet the customer's needs
  • Persuasive and goal driven
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem solving and solutions oriented
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Relationship and consultative sales experience helpful
  • Exceptional ability to establish and maintain effective personal relationships
  • Familiarity with standard computer software programs
  • Ability to learn and adopt new software as necessary
  • PrintSmith or similar print/signs MIS experience helpful
