Job description

Minuteman Press – West Bend

1423 W. Washington St.

West Bend, WI  53095

 

Customer Service / Production Assistant

Status:                    Part-time or Full-time

Pay:                        Pay $17.00 - $17.50 per hour based on experience

Schedule:              Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

                                May also negotiate variable work schedule if needed

Job Responsibilities

·         Greet and provide customer service to walk-in customers and answer phone calls

·         Work closely with the designer to complete different types of printed orders

·         Operate digital presses (3 total)

·         Enter orders and bill completed orders

·         Package orders

·         Complete various bindery operations

·         File work orders

Education and Experience

 

  • Print Shop: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Printers & Bindery equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Skills and Abilities

·         High attention to detail

·         Ability to manage time and workload independently to meet deadlines

·         Ability to present company in a positive, professional, and supportive manner

·         Flexible and able to adapt to a fluctuating workflow

·         Excellent customer service skills
