What you'll do
Reading electrical schematics, troubleshooting motor starter controls, power circuits, and programming and troubleshooting variable frequency drives.
Calibrating level sensors, temperature controllers, pressure transmitters, and speed sensors.
Troubleshooting and performing basic changes to PLC systems and logic, input and output controls, and safety circuits.
Communicating with manufacturers and/or distribution reps when troubleshooting problems.
Supporting Maintenance personal as needed to troubleshoot controls related issues.
Working overtime and weekends as dictated by Production needs and/or repair needs that require downtime.

What you'll bring
Must-haves:
Certificate or Associate's degree in Industrial Controls or related field
PLC programming experience, with a focus on Allen-Bradley or Siemens
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics, power circuits, and motor starter controls
Nice-to-haves:
2+ years of Industrial Controls experience
