The Opportunity

Within Weir Software Solutions, this Denver, CO / Vancouver, BC-based role is focused on Micromine Origin, our enterprise exploration platform trusted by mining companies globally.

As Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will own strategic enterprise sales across the Americas, developing relationships with Tier 1 mining companies and driving adoption of Micromine Origin within some of the world's largest mining organisations.

You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging with technical specialists, operational leaders, commercial teams and executive stakeholders to identify opportunities, build consensus and deliver long-term technology partnerships.

This is a true enterprise sales role โ€” combining strategic account development, new business generation and relationship building across a defined territory. You will be responsible for creating pipeline, progressing opportunities and closing complex software sales opportunities.

Supported by a globally recognised mining technology business and Weir's continued investment, this role offers the opportunity to own a high-value territory, influence market growth and build a long-term career within a global technology organisation.

The Impact You'll Have
  • Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across the Americas
  • Develop and execute account strategies to win new business and expand adoption of Micromine Origin
  • Build trusted relationships with senior technical, operational and executive stakeholders within Tier 1 mining companies
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving technical evaluation, commercial negotiation and executive decision-making
  • Generate pipeline through market development, prospecting and relationship building

What You Need to Succeed
  • Fluency in English; Spanish and/or French will be highly regarded
  • Proven success as an enterprise seller of software, SaaS or technology solutions into Tier 1 or large enterprise organisations
  • Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long timelines and significant commercial value
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with technical, commercial and executive decision-makers
  • A strong track record of winning net-new enterprise business and consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Experience navigating enterprise procurement processes, commercial negotiations and complex buying environments
  • Strong sales process discipline across prospecting, qualification, forecasting, pipeline management and CRM
