Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evidence-based treatment approaches and client-specific goals.
  • Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions, offering both individual and group therapy options to help clients address their mental health challenges.
  • Utilize effective crisis intervention strategies, maintaining composure and support even in high-stress situations.
  • Regularly evaluate and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and referrals as needed.
  • Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with best practices and confidentiality standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders. You will utilize culturally sensitive approaches to therapy, respecting each client’s unique background and experiences. By building trusting relationships and providing targeted support, you will assist clients in achieving meaningful progress towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A current and valid state license as either an LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-R is required.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and evidence-based interventions.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in personal and group therapy while employing culturally responsive practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with a wide range of individuals.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, our benefits package includes:
