Mind Matters Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time, remote position. • Conduct in-depth initial assessments to understand clients' unique mental health needs, including histories, presenting concerns, and health disparities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and collaborative goal-setting.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing therapeutic approaches tailored to promote personal growth and emotional resilience.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress regularly, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with contemporary therapeutic methodologies.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, promoting trust and rapport with clients.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and maintain a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a caseload and associated administrative tasks.

We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in treating diverse populations and experience in trauma-informed care. Familiarity with evidence-based practices for addiction treatment or co-occurring disorders will be considered a plus, as it aligns with our commitment to comprehensive mental health support.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
