Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD).
  • A master's degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective rapport-building and therapeutic relationships.
  • Cultural competence and sensitivity towards clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing documentation and maintaining accurate client records in compliance with telehealth protocols.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a community mental health setting is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with telehealth systems and practices will be beneficial for adapting to your new role quickly.
  • Experience conducting trauma-informed care is a plus.
