Job description

We're looking for a Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team!
As a Maintenance Specialist with Mosaic, you'll be responsible for reviewing electronic maintenance requests to prioritize repair needs for each Mosaic owned property to adhere to the safety regulations and requirements.

What YOU'LL do:
  • Assist in the maintenance and general repair of plumbing, air conditioning, heating, appliances and vehicles.
  • Assist with maintenance of grounds, including trimming shrubs, mowing lawns and snow removal to ensure grounds are free of hazards.
  • Repair and maintain homes to keep them in good condition for licensure.
  • Collaborate with outside contractors for repair and maintenance of electrical and plumbing equipment, carpentry, painting, alarms, fire sprinkler systems and vehicles.

What YOU'LL Need:
  • A passion to help others
  • Minimum of one year experience in maintenance work
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about any challenges or questions.
  • Valid driver's license

Schedule: Monday-Friday. 8-4:30 -with a 30 minute unpaid lunch or 8:30-5:00pm with 30 min meal period
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in maintenance work.
  • Experience in construction is preferred.
  • Valid state driver's license is required.
  • Other licenses may be a requirement depending on city, county or state.
