Their tasks include moving tools and materials, cleaning work areas, holding or supplying parts and tools, and performing basic maintenance under supervision. Millwright helpers play a crucial role in ensuring that millwrights can work efficiently and safely, often working in factories, power plants, and construction sites. They may also help with assembly, alignment, and adjustment of machinery components. This position is often a starting point for those interested in pursuing a career as a full-fledged millwright.
