Licensed Maintenance Millwright 433a – Full Time


Location: Brampton, ON (Peel Manufacturing Area)

Job Type: Full-time

Shifts: Weekday 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am

Pay: $50.00–$53.00 per hour

Start: ASAP


About the Role

A leading manufacturer of clay brick, stone veneer, and concrete products is seeking a Licensed Maintenance Millwright 433a to support preventative and urgent maintenance across a high-volume production facility. This role reports directly to Plant Supervisors and the Plant Manager.


Experience Required

  • Valid Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) designation
  • Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience
  • Experience with preventative maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of conveyors, drives, motors, electrical/hydraulics, PLCs (asset)
  • Experience using online systems for parts, work orders, and PMs (asset)
  • Forklift experience (asset)


Education / Licensing

  • Completed Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) license
  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation (public transit or personal vehicle)


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative and urgent maintenance on production equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems
  • Fabricate and weld components as required
  • Use the company’s EAM system for parts, work orders, and PM tracking
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Use safe lifting and rigging techniques
  • Assist with equipment setup and general plant functions
  • Safely operate a forklift during maintenance tasks
  • Support planning and execution of the annual plant shutdown
  • Complete continuous improvement objectives related to equipment and processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned
