Technical Logistics Associate I (DCC โ€“ Tech)

Location: Plainfield, IN
Environment: Warehouse / Device Customization Center (DCC)

Schedule & Pay:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM โ€“ 3:30 PM | $19.50/hr

  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM โ€“ 12:30 AM | $20.50/hr

  • Mondayโ€“Friday | Overtime as needed


Position Overview

The Technical Logistics Associate I supports a high-volume Device Customization Center (DCC) serving large enterprise customers. This role blends technical device configuration with hands-on warehouse operations in a structured, process-driven environment.

Associates are responsible for configuring printing systems according to customer-specific requirements by following detailed, computer-based work instructions. When customization work is complete, associates assist in other warehouse functions to support daily operational needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize printing systems using detailed, step-by-step computer instructions

  • Accurately complete work orders while meeting quality and productivity standards

  • Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and operating systems

  • Safely handle printers, components, and related equipment

  • Support warehouse operations such as receiving, staging, material handling, and packaging as needed

  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and procedural requirements


Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Basic understanding of network communications and protocols

  • Basic knowledge of computer software systems and functionality

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware components

  • Ability to safely handle technical equipment

  • Familiarity with operating system tools for basic troubleshooting

  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail


Preferred Qualification
  • Associateโ€™s degree

  • Military technical experience

  • Technical certifications

  • Equivalent experience in a technical or IT-related role
