You will manage programs from development through End-of-Life, coordinating cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, software, validation, and partners to deliver production-ready AI solutions at scale.
THE PERSON:
You will be the primary AMD contact for Enterprise AI programs supporting enterprise customers-ensuring alignment between customer goals and AMD roadmaps, driving release readiness, and protecting production stability for critical datacenter deployments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, firmware, validation, QA, product, field ops, partners/OEMs) to drive decisions and resolve blockers.
  • Identify risks and technology dependencies; create mitigation and contingency plans and proactively escalate when needed.
  • Drive release readiness: validation plans, customer previews, deployment playbooks, and handoffs to field engineering/customer success.
  • Produce concise executive updates, program briefs, and status reports.

Process & Continuous Improvement
  • Implement scalable program processes, tooling, and lessons learned to improve delivery speed and quality.
  • Contribute to executive briefs and participate in customer engagements and technical enablement.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong technical fluency in server systems (hardware, BIOS/firmware/microcode, validation/test processes) and understanding of AI workload characteristics.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, risk, requirement tracking, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and customers.
  • Demonstrated customer focus and ability to drive decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Proficiency with program tools (JIRA, MS Project, Teams, Power BI); familiarity with Python a plus.
  • Professional experience in semiconductor/server architecture, datacenter/server development lifecycle, or related engineering roles (validation, BIOS, hardware design, cloud SW).
  • Track record of managing cross-regional teams and delivering quality products at scale.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to build consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
