Job Summary:
IERUS Technologies Inc specializes in technology research, testing, and implementation, focusing on electromagnetics phenomenology and weapon system engineering. They are seeking a Program Manager to oversee technical and operational military projects, applying advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques in defense contexts.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Overseeing technical and/or operational military projects.
โ€ข Applying and advancing machine-learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques to support and improve the OODA loop in fire control and battle management contexts.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, plus 3+ years of experience in program management
โ€ข Degree in Management, plus 5+ years of experience in performing program management of a defense software development activity
โ€ข Must be a U.S. citizen
โ€ข Secret security clearance, preferred TS clearance and TS/SCI opportunities
โ€ข Experience in overseeing technical and/or operational military projects.
โ€ข Experience in at least two of the following: Operations Research, Agile Development, Machine Learning, Integrated Air and Missile Defense
Preferred:
โ€ข Masters in Engineering, Computer Science, or Engineering Management
โ€ข Experience in Navy command structures and systems in execution of the IAMD mission
โ€ข Experience with MDA, NORTHCOM, and STRATCOM in execution of the Missile Defense mission
โ€ข Intelligence community experience with a focus on familiarity with processes for data handling and classification, IMINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, and MASINT
โ€ข TS/SCI clearance
โ€ข Engineering experience in the defense industry
โ€ข Proven capabilities in team facilitation and development
