Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – $33.71/Hour

Location: Stratford, CT

Shift: First shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Pay: $33.71 per hour plus overtime

Revere Staffing Partners is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with an established manufacturing company in Stratford, Connecticut.

What You’ll Do

This is a varied industrial and facility-maintenance position. Responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting pumps, motors, conveyors, and production equipment

  • Diagnosing mechanical failures and minimizing production downtime

  • Repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems

  • Replacing valves, regulators, hoses, air lines, gas lines, and fittings

  • Completing preventive maintenance and documenting repairs

  • Reading mechanical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals

  • Assisting with new-equipment installations and upgrades

  • Performing general facility repairs, including basic plumbing

  • Building crates and assisting with equipment or office moves

  • Supporting safety and continuous-improvement projects

The work is primarily mechanical. HVAC experience is especially valuable.

What We’re Looking For

You may be a strong match if you have:

  • Industrial, manufacturing, facility, or military maintenance experience

  • Experience with motors, pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, or pneumatics

  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and tool skills

  • HVAC, plumbing, or building-maintenance experience

  • Technical-school, vocational, trade-school, or technical high-school training

  • A professional trade license or relevant technical certification

  • Relevant military mechanical-maintenance training

  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance work

  • A stable and verifiable employment history

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related experience. Candidates with strong technical training and hands-on maintenance skills are also encouraged to apply.

Pay and Overtime

  • Starting pay of $33.71 per hour

  • Approximately $70,117 annually before overtime

  • Time-and-a-half after eight hours worked in one day

  • Time-and-a-half for Saturday work

  • Double time for Sunday work

  • Scheduled contractual wage increases

Availability for overtime and occasional emergency coverage is required. There is no regularly scheduled on-call rotation.
