Job description

General Contractor is seeking a qualified Commercial Construction Superintendent, with emphasis in restaurant, retail, office and military construction.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The ideal candidate will possess the ability to perform job site safety, coordination of subcontractor work, on site daily project scheduling, material delivery, direct labor activities, detailed reporting of daily work, quality control for all construction work, maintain communications with management staff, and execute tasks in the field.
QUALIFICATIONS: • Ten years of commercial building construction experience. • Ability to organize, manage and perform all phases of building construction. • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.• Leadership and communication skills. • Must be detail oriented and professional. • Proficient use of computer for daily reporting.• Organized self-motivated individual. • References of running successful projects. • Proactive and hands on problem solving approach.
