Job description

Bring your product leadership skills to a team where your work directly protects customers and shapes the future of fraud detection and data modernization at scale.

As a Product Manager Vice President in Trust & Security, you will support the Executive Director responsible for data modernization across our Trust & Security data ecosystem. You will help define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for a next-generation data platform on AWS, partnering across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk, and Controls to deliver scalable capabilities that strengthen fraud detection, decisioning, and customer protection.

Job responsibilities
  • Support the product strategy and roadmap for Trust & Security data modernization, translating executive priorities into actionable outcomes, delivery milestones, and adoption measures.
  • Lead assigned product workstreams through discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, delivery planning, launch readiness, and post-launch measurement.
  • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk, and Controls to deliver modern data capabilities while managing dependencies, risks, readiness criteria, and migration considerations.
  • Use market, operational, stakeholder, and platform insights to identify opportunities for product improvement, reuse, simplification, and measurable business value.
  • Maintain product artifacts including roadmaps, business cases, requirements, success metrics, migration plans, executive updates, and decision materials.
  • Translate technical, operational, regulatory, and control requirements into clear product requirements and sequenced delivery plans that support safe adoption and scale.
  • Partner with current-state platform owners and operations teams to define readiness requirements, non-functional expectations, operational controls, and runbook maturity needed for controlled migration.
  • Coordinate delivery of next-generation platform capabilities that improve access to trusted, governed, real-time signals for fraud detection and decisioning use cases.
  • Support the definition of shared data contracts, data quality expectations, freshness targets, and governance standards in partnership with Engineering, Architecture, and data owners.
  • Monitor product health, adoption progress, delivery risks, consumer onboarding, migration readiness, and legacy dependency resolution, escalating recommendations and decisions to the Executive Director as needed.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 7 years of experience in product management, technology delivery, data platforms, fraud, risk, or financial services technology.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, delivery, launch readiness, value measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to translate customer, business, technical, and control needs into product requirements, measurable outcomes, and prioritized delivery plans.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk, Controls, and senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience supporting modernization, migration, or platform transformation initiatives, including dependency management, readiness planning, and business continuity considerations.
  • Working knowledge of modern data platform concepts such as real-time streaming, cloud data platforms, data quality, lineage, governance, and product analytics.
  • Experience delivering or supporting capabilities for fraud detection, trust and safety, risk management, decisioning, or other high-volume, low-latency financial services use cases.
  • Strong understanding of controls, data governance, regulatory considerations, data quality, issue management, and risk-aware delivery practices.
  • Ability to operate with strong execution discipline, sound judgment, and attention to detail in a complex, fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, concise, executive-ready materials and recommendations.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience with cloud-based data modernization, platform product management, fraud technology, AI/ML enablement, or large-scale financial services transformation.
  • Advanced degree in a technical, business, data, or related field.
