Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Web Developer to join our team in Chantilly, VA

Overview
  • Act as a member of an AGILE development team working with HTML5, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, C#.NET, SQL, Ruby on Rails, Artificial Intelligence, and Amazon Web Services to develop business applications in support of a government customer
  • Collaborate with analysts, project leads, UI/UX developers, testers, and customers to define requirements, implement business logic, and refine applications
  • Provide support and troubleshoot issues with existing production applications
  • Research, design, develop and/or modify software systems (e.g., custom, COTS, GOTS)
  • Work closely with business analysts, UI/UX developers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements
  • Develop cost estimates for software development and enhancements and conduct impact analysis for software changes
  • Adhere to program configuration change control standards
  • Present ideas for system improvements
  • Produce detailed specifications, write software code, and conduct unit testing
  • Write interfaces and conversion routines leveraging web APIs
  • Support formal testing in controlled environment before code is promoted to production
  • Provide input into training manuals for users
  • Maintain knowledge of feature and technical changes in the application

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of relevant web development experience
  • Experience with basic web programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Experience with C#.NET and Bootstrap
  • Experience employing AWS cloud services to create cloud-native applications
  • Knowledge of web development principles, techniques, languages, and standard programming styles and conventions
  • Ability to manage multiple priority tasks
  • Self-motivated task identification

Nice To Have
  • AWS certification (AWS Developer Associate or AWS DevOps Engineer Professional)
  • Experience with AI tools
