Location: This position is open to candidates residing in the Midwest region, with flexibility for remote work.

The Opportunity:
We're seeking a driven, strategic, and relationship-focused Account Executive to represent our independent channel across the Midwest region, one of Spring Footwear's most dynamic territories.
Your mission: Build upon this momentum while unlocking growth in emerging states, and expand brand reach into untapped areas and channel.
You'll partner closely with independent retailers - family shoe stores, comfort shops, uniform stores, and fashion boutiques - to shape assortments, elevate merchandising, and strengthen brand presence.
This role reports directly to the National Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow territory sales through strategic account development and proactive outreach.
  • Strengthen top-performing states (WI, MN, IL) while expanding volume in developing markets.
  • Cultivate new accounts across underpenetrated states and categories.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual product presentations and manage trade show representation.
  • Analyze sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and execute data-informed action plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Champion Spring Footwear's values and brand story in every customer interaction.

Requirements:
  • A seasoned sales professional (3-5+ years) with a proven record in territory development.
  • Entrepreneurial, independent, and relentless about exceeding goals.
  • Skilled in both relationship building and closing business.
  • Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to spot trends and seize opportunities.
  • Strong communicator, presenter, and multitasker, fluent in both in-person and virtual selling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; organized and detail-oriented.

Physical Activity & ADA Requirements:
  • Team Member will lift / carry up to 70 lbs.
