Job description

Skill: Salesforce Technical Lead
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Proven experience with integration patterns and middleware.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and governance.
  • Experience with data migration strategies and tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and tools (Jira, Jenkins).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership & Design: Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures, creating detailed technical designs and solution roadmaps.
  • Integration Expertise: Design and implement robust integration strategies with external systems (ERP, legacy apps) using APIs, web services, Mulesoft, or other middleware.
  • Hands-on Development: Develop complex customizations in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and configure platform features (Flow, Process Builder).
  • Team & Project Guidance: Lead development teams, conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, mentor junior developers, and manage technical aspects of project delivery.
  • Data Management: Oversee data governance, design data architectures, and lead complex data migrations.
  • SDLC & DevOps: Drive development through Agile methodologies, manage CI/CD pipelines, coordinate releases, and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a primary technical liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide deep technical support, perform root cause analysis, and resolve complex functional/performance issues.

Salary Range - $100,000-$120,000 a year
