Dein Beitrag:

  • Du ubernimmst Ende-zu-Ende-Verantwortung fur ausgewahlte Module von M1 PRO, unserem lang etablierten, Uniface-basierten Praxisinformationssystem, und lieferst hochwertige Anderungen, auf die sich tausende Praxen taglich verlassen.
  • Du modernisierst und refaktorierst bestehende Uniface-Codebasen, erhohst die Wartbarkeit und stabilisierst gemeinsam mit dem M1-Pro-Team kritische Workflows im ambulanten Alltag.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Architektur- und dem AI-Fullstack-Team zusammen, integrierst Uniface-Module mit modernen Java-/Quarkus-Services und AI-getriebenen Workflows und verbindest M1 PRO mit Gematik TI, ePA sowie dem GDT/LDT/xDT-Okosystem.
  • Du setzt Claude Code und AI-Agents gezielt ein, um Analyse, Refactoring und Dokumentation des bestehenden Uniface-Codes deutlich zu beschleunigen und gewonnene Erkenntnisse ins Team zuruckzuspielen.
  • Du gestaltest die langfristige Evolutionsstrategie von M1 PRO aktiv mit und findest die Balance zwischen verlasslicher Lieferung und schrittweiser Modernisierung der Plattform.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Mehrjahrige Erfahrung auf Senior-Level in der Uniface-Entwicklung, idealerweise in geschaftskritischen, langlebigen Anwendungssystemen mit hoher Verfugbarkeit.
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang mit sehr guten Leistungen.
  • Tiefes Verstandnis relationaler Datenbanken (z. B. Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) sowie von Deployment- und Integrationsmustern rund um Uniface; sicherer Umgang mit Versionsverwaltung, Build- und Delivery-Prozessen; effektiver Einsatz von AI-Tools im Software-Engineering, idealerweise inklusive Claude Code (Agents, Skills, Workflows), AI-Pipelines und Context Engineering.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und flieendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift, sodass Du sowohl im internationalen Umfeld als auch mit deutschsprachigen Kund:innen und Fachbereichen souveran kommunizierst.
  • Ausgepragte Problemlosungskompetenz, pragmatisches und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, hohe Proaktivitat, Innovationsfreude und ein unternehmerisches Mindset, das sich klar mit unserem Healthcare-Purpose und einer langfristigen Produktverantwortung deckt.
