Jr./Mid Level Intune EngineerPay Range: $29/hour to $31/hour
A growing organization is seeking a hands-on Endpoint Engineer to support modern endpoint management initiatives focused on Microsoft Intune and Windows device management. This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level engineer with experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments and assisting with device configuration, application deployment, and policy implementation in a Microsoft cloud ecosystem.
Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Microsoft Intune endpoint management environments
  • Create and assign configuration profiles, compliance policies, and device groups
  • Deploy and manage applications through Intune, including Win32 app packaging
  • Support Company Portal application deployments and management
  • Configure and support Windows Autopilot deployments and enrollment testing
  • Implement endpoint security policies including BitLocker, LAPS, Windows Update Rings, and security baselines
  • Assist with Group Policy (GPO) migration activities into Intune environments
  • Validate device enrollment, provisioning, and policy/application deployment outcomes
  • Perform troubleshooting related to device enrollment, deployments, and policy assignments
  • Support Entra ID / Azure AD device management tasks including group assignments and device validation
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and pilot deployments prior to production rollout
  • Assist with hybrid access validation including VPN, file share, and printer connectivity testing
  • Update deployment documentation, runbooks, and configuration records
  • Work closely with senior engineers and architects to execute assigned implementation tasks
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of endpoint management experience
  • 1-3 years of hands-on Microsoft Intune administration experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise Windows endpoint environments
  • Experience creating and managing:
    • Configuration profiles
    • Compliance policies
    • Device groups and assignments
    • Endpoint security policies
  • Experience deploying applications through Intune
  • Familiarity with:
    • Win32 app packaging and deployment
    • Company Portal application management
    • Windows Autopilot
    • Entra ID / Azure AD device management
  • Ability to troubleshoot deployment and enrollment issues
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while following established implementation standards
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous SCCM administration experience transitioning into Intune environments
  • Experience supporting hybrid endpoint management environments
  • Higher education or university industry experience is a plus
  • Exposure to endpoint migration or modernization projects
